“Yaproq” eco-textile company, which has its well-deserved place in the market of our country, was opened on March 21, 2005 in Kokand for the “Navruz” holiday with only 7 employees. At first, the company carried out contract deliveries of its products to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Russia. Since March 2018, the company has begun to introduce its product to the Uzbek market under the Yaproq trademark.
The goal of the enterprise is to provide the domestic consumer with world-class products at affordable prices and in the future to enter the world market in order to have its place in the production arena. The company's employees are focused on the quality of products both in the manufacturing process and before delivery to the end consumer of products in their original form. 95% of the company's employees are under the age of 25 and the production process is monitored 24 hours a day.
The company currently produces more than 500 premium quality products for children, teens, men and women for the spring, summer, fall and winter seasons. In total, there are 6 different types of machines, including the latest two-cylinder robotic machines, which produce European standard products. It currently produces 9,000,000 pairs of goods per year, 70% of which is exported to developed countries. The knitwear is produced on the equipment purchased from the leading manufacturers of China “Osborn textile” is the main supplier of raw materials, and the rare wool, angora, bamboo and acrylic threads are imported mainly from Turkey, Korea and China. 90% of the product is made of high quality cotton and to ensure its durability, nylon and polyamide are added to the remaining 10%, this combination allows to extend the life of the product for a long time.
The production line workers are experts in Europe with over 7 years of experience. Another good feature is that the toe of the socks are made with additional thread sealing, which also contributes to a longer product life. In combination with the above, the environmental friendliness of the product contributes to maximum comfort and your feet do not sweat. The quality and management is controlled by professional department managers with 15 to 25 years of experience. In April 2018, contracts were signed with the Republic of Moldova, and in May and June of the same year, the company signed a contract with the Russian shopping centers “Ashan” and Vegas ”. The company launches more than 10 new types of products per day. One of the brightest plans of the company is to provide its products in the markets of developed European countries.
